Pedrollo CK 80 Viton

Description

The Pedrollo CK 80 Viton is the mid-range three-phase model in the CK liquid ring pump series. At 0.55kW on 400V three-phase, it delivers greater flow capacity than the CK 50 while remaining below the high-output CKR 90.

The CK 80 shares all fundamental CK characteristics: liquid ring self-priming from up to 9 metres suction lift, capability to handle air and gas-entrained flow, and compatibility with diesel, naphtha, and non-corrosive industrial fluids. The Viton (FKM) mechanical seal delivers chemical resistance to hydrocarbon fuels and industrial solvents.

In commercial practice, the CK 80 Viton suits medium-scale diesel transfer systems, commercial fuel dispensing installations, and industrial cooling circuit pumps where chemical additives are present. The three-phase IE3 motor provides efficient, smooth operation under continuous duty.
