Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order on pedropumps.com you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Who We Are
PedroPumps is a trading name of Innovative Product Development International CC (IPDI), an authorised distributor of Pedrollo pumps operating in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa since 1989.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at 15%.
2. Pricing
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of 15% VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
Our web pricing reflects our best ex-factory consumer price — made possible by our direct supply arrangement with the Pedrollo bond store. This allows us to offer South Africa’s most competitive legitimate Pedrollo pricing.
3. Payment
Payment is required in full before any order is processed or dispatched. We accept payment by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) to our nominated bank account. Your order will not be dispatched until cleared funds have been received and confirmed in our account.
Bank details are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Please use your Order Number as the payment reference.
4. Order Processing & Delivery
4.1 Payment First
All orders must be paid in full before processing begins. Please use your Order Number as your EFT payment reference. Your order will be processed as soon as cleared payment reflects in our account.
4.2 Order Ready Times
Orders over R5,000 (incl VAT):
— Monday to Thursday: pay before 2pm, ready same day by 3pm
— Friday: pay before 10am, ready same day by 1:30pm
— Friday after 10am / Saturday / Sunday: ready Monday by 3pm
Orders under R5,000 (incl VAT):
— Monday to Thursday: pay before 2pm, ready next business day by 3pm
— Friday / Saturday / Sunday: ready Monday by 3pm

4.3 Collection
Free collection from our premises in Bothas Hill, KwaZulu-Natal. Please wait for your order ready confirmation before coming to collect. Collection is available Monday to Friday during business hours.
4.4 Courier Delivery
Nationwide courier delivery is available. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and your delivery address. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days after dispatch depending on your location. Courier costs are for the customer’s account.
4.5 Out of Stock
If your pump is not immediately available we will contact you within 2 hours of payment to advise on lead time and offer alternatives or a full refund.

5. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. In the event that a product is out of stock we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative arrangement. We carry a range of fast-moving Pedrollo models in stock and can source the full range within our standard order ready times.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, and warranty/guarantee claims are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Warranty
All Pedrollo pumps are covered by the Pedrollo manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by product — please refer to the product documentation supplied with your pump.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Incorrect installation
- Dry running
- Incorrect voltage supply
- Use outside the pump’s specified operating parameters
- Physical damage after delivery
For warranty claims please contact us with your order number and a description of the fault, and see our Refund and Returns Policy for the required audit process.
8. Technical Advice
Our team has over 35 years of Pedrollo pump experience. We are happy to assist with pump selection, installation advice, and technical queries. Contact us before purchasing if you are unsure which pump is right for your application — getting it right first time saves time and money.

9. Limitation of Liability
IPDI’s liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
10. Consumer Protection Act
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
12. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) No. 4 of 2013. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. View our full Privacy Policy on our website.
13. Changes to These Terms
