Pedrollo PQAM 70

Description

The Pedrollo PQAM 70 is the higher-performance single-phase model in the PQA series, delivering greater flow capacity than the PQAM 60 while maintaining the same PPS body construction and silicon carbide seal specification.

At 0.55kW, the PQAM 70 handles more demanding cooling circuit duties, larger chemical dosing systems, higher-flow industrial fluid recirculation, and commercial HVAC applications where the PQAM 60’s rating proves insufficient. PPS (polyphenylene sulphide) thermoplastic is resistant to acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and many industrial chemical solutions.

The silicon carbide / graphite / NBR mechanical seal (Type ST1-12) and stainless steel AISI 431 motor shaft complete the corrosion-resistant material specification. The 230V single-phase IE2 motor features integrated thermal protection. The PQAM 70 is the top of the single-phase PQA range. For standard water applications without chemical resistance requirements, the PQM 65 (PED 1465) provides equivalent flow at lower cost.
