Pedrollo PRO-NGA 1A

Description

The Pedrollo NGA-PRO series is the all-stainless evolution of the standard NGA open impeller range. Where the standard NGA uses a cast iron body with an AISI 316 impeller, the NGA-PRO has ALL wetted components — pump body, cover, and impeller — manufactured from AISI 316L stainless steel. Viton seals replace NBR for enhanced chemical resistance. This makes the NGA-PRO the correct specification for mildly corrosive fluids, seawater-influenced applications, treated effluent, chemical-dosed irrigation water, and any application where cast iron in the fluid path would corrode or contaminate.

The PRO-NGA 1A is the three-phase counterpart to the single-phase PRO-NGAM 1A, sharing the same full AISI 316L stainless steel wetted path, Viton seals, and open impeller specification while delivering the operational advantages of three-phase IE3 motor technology.

On 400V three-phase supply, the PRO-NGA 1A is the specification for commercial and industrial applications combining particulate-laden fluid handling with corrosive water conditions: large coastal irrigation systems, industrial chemical process water, municipal effluent pumping, food and beverage process water, and any commercial application where both open impeller anti-clogging performance and full stainless corrosion resistance are required simultaneously.

All wetted parts AISI 316L stainless steel. Open impeller handles solids up to 12mm. Viton (FKM) seals. IE3 motor, class F insulation, IPX4 protection. Max pressure 6 bar. Ports: 1½” BSP. Inverter compatible.
