Description

The Pedrollo BC and MC series are heavy-duty submersible sewage pumps featuring a TWO-CHANNEL impeller in micro-cast AISI 304 stainless steel. The two-channel impeller design provides two large unobstructed flow passages through the impeller, allowing solids up to 50mm in diameter, short fibres, and sewage to pass freely without clogging. Cast iron body with cataphoresis treatment provides exceptional robustness and corrosion resistance for demanding permanent installation in sewage and drainage applications.

The MCM 15/45 is from the MC sub-range — a heavier-duty body variant capable of operating to 10m submersion depth compared to the BC’s 5m maximum. This deeper submersion capability makes the MC range the correct specification for larger, deeper sewage collection sumps and wet wells where the pump must be installed well below the operating water level.

At 1.1kW, the MCM 15/45 delivers 750 l/min maximum flow and 15m maximum head — a significant step up from the BCM 10/50 in both power and head performance. Two-channel AISI 304 micro-cast impeller handles solids up to 50mm and short fibres in sewage. Cast iron body cataphoresis provides robustness for permanent installation.
