Description

The CP 230 series is Pedrollo’s highest-flow industrial centrifugal pump range in the large CP family, delivering maximum flows up to 900 l/min (54 m³/h) — over five times the flow of the standard CP 200. Three-phase only, it serves major civil water infrastructure, large industrial facilities, and high-capacity commercial applications.

The CP 230C at 3kW is the entry point to the CP 230 series. Its 900 l/min maximum flow capacity places it firmly in the infrastructure and industrial pump category. Maximum head of 30m reflects the design priority of the 230C — it is optimised for maximum volume throughput at moderate head, making it the correct choice for flat distribution networks, cooling tower primary circulation, major pond and reservoir filling, and any application where moving very large volumes of water quickly is the objective.

The CP 230 series carries Italian registered model no. 72753. Construction: cast iron pump body with cataphoresis treatment, AISI 304 stainless steel impeller (ten-year guarantee). IPX5 weatherproof protection. AISI 316 stainless steel shaft available on request for enhanced chemical and corrosion resistance. IE3-class three-phase motor with class F insulation and inverter compatibility for variable speed operation. Maximum working pressure 10 bar.

For greater head at 900 l/min flow, the CP 230B (PED 3001) at 4kW provides 39m, and the CP 230A (PED 3011) at 5.5kW provides 50m.
