Pedrollo 4CRM 80X

Description

The Pedrollo multistage CP range uses multiple impellers arranged in series within a single pump housing — each impeller adds pressure to the flow from the previous stage. The result is significantly higher head pressure than a single-stage centrifugal pump of the same motor rating, making multistage pumps the correct specification wherever high pressure is required at meaningful flow rates.

The 4CRM 80X uses four impellers in series — one more than the 3CPM 80 — delivering greater head pressure for applications that require higher elevation or longer pipe runs. The ‘R’ in CRM indicates stainless steel rotor components, providing enhanced resistance to corrosion compared to the standard cast iron CP body variants. This makes the 4CRM 80X suitable for mildly treated water, softened water systems, and applications where enhanced material specification is preferred.

At 0.55kW on 230V single-phase, the 4CRM 80X serves domestic pressure boosting, autoclave systems, elevated tank supply, garden and irrigation systems with significant head requirements, and light commercial water supply. The four-stage design provides the pressure reserve needed for systems operating near the upper end of their head requirement.

IE2 single-phase motor with class F insulation, IPX4 weatherproof protection, and integrated thermal cutout. Maximum working pressure 6 bar. Suction head up to 7m.
