Description

The Pedrollo large CP range — covering the CP 160, CP 210, CP 220, CP 230, and CP 250 series — extends the proven CP centrifugal pump platform into commercial, agricultural, and industrial territory. Where the standard CP range (up to CP 200) delivers up to 160 l/min and 56m head, the large CP range handles flows up to 900 l/min (54 m³/h) and heads up to 76m — serving civil water distribution networks, large-scale irrigation, industrial cooling and process water, air conditioning systems, and building services.

The CP 210B is the entry model in the CP 210 series — available in three-phase configuration only, reflecting its industrial and commercial target applications. At 3kW on 400V supply, it delivers a maximum flow of 280 l/min (16.8 m³/h) and maximum head of 54m — a step up in both flow and head from the CP 160 range.

The CP 210 series is specified for large civil water distribution infrastructure, major agricultural and horticultural irrigation networks, industrial process water supply, commercial building services requiring high pressure at significant elevation, large swimming pool and water park installations, and district cooling and heating systems. The combination of 280 l/min flow and 54m head makes it effective for multi-storey commercial buildings and distributed water supply networks.

Construction: cast iron pump body with cataphoresis treatment, AISI 304 stainless steel impeller with ten-year Pedrollo guarantee. IPX5 weatherproof protection (one rating above the standard CP range’s IPX4). AISI 316 stainless steel shaft available on request for enhanced corrosion resistance. IE3-class three-phase motor with class F insulation and inverter compatibility. Maximum working pressure 10 bar. Suction head up to 7m. Temperature -10°C to +90°C.

At 3kW, a qualified electrician must verify three-phase installation rating. For maximum output in the CP 210 range, the CP 210A (PED 3190) at 4kW provides max head of 61m.
