Description

The Pedrollo multistage CP range uses multiple impellers arranged in series within a single pump housing — each impeller adds pressure to the flow from the previous stage. The result is significantly higher head pressure than a single-stage centrifugal pump of the same motor rating, making multistage pumps the correct specification wherever high pressure is required at meaningful flow rates.

The 2CP 40 series uses the largest body in the twin-stage range, accommodating flows up to 450 l/min (27 m³/h) — the highest flow capacity in the 2CP range. Three-phase only. Maximum working pressure 10 bar. IPX5 weatherproof protection. Inverter compatible.

The 2CP 40/200A at 11kW represents the absolute ceiling of the Pedrollo twin-stage 2CP range. With 106m maximum head and 450 l/min (27 m³/h) maximum flow, it combines the highest volume capacity in the 2CP range with near-maximum head — a specification reserved for the most demanding infrastructure and industrial applications.

The 2CP 40/200A is specified for major water supply infrastructure, pumping stations, very tall high-rise buildings requiring high-pressure high-volume supply, large industrial facilities with the most demanding process water requirements, major fire-fighting systems in the tallest structures, and district water supply networks serving elevated areas at scale.

Cast iron body, AISI 304 impellers (ten-year guarantee), IE3 motor, IPX5 protection, inverter compatible. Maximum pressure 10 bar. At 11kW this pump requires professional electrical engineering for installation design, motor protection specification, and cable sizing. Do not commission without a qualified electrical engineer.
