Pedrollo 3CRM 100X

Description

The Pedrollo multistage CP range uses multiple impellers arranged in series within a single pump housing — each impeller adds pressure to the flow from the previous stage. The result is significantly higher head pressure than a single-stage centrifugal pump of the same motor rating, making multistage pumps the correct specification wherever high pressure is required at meaningful flow rates.

The 3CRM 100X combines three impeller stages with the larger ‘100’ pump body — a configuration that prioritises a balance of flow and head, compared to the four-stage 80-body models which prioritise maximum head at lower flow. The ‘R’ in CRM indicates stainless steel rotor components for enhanced corrosion resistance.

At 0.55kW on 230V single-phase, the 3CRM 100X suits domestic water supply with multiple simultaneous outlets, garden irrigation systems requiring moderate head, pressure vessel systems, light commercial and agricultural water supply, and any application where the flow-limited four-stage 80-body pumps cannot meet demand.

IE2 single-phase motor with class F insulation, IPX4 weatherproof protection, and integrated thermal cutout. Cast iron body with cataphoresis treatment, stainless steel rotor components. Maximum working pressure 6 bar. Suction head up to 7m.

For maximum head at 0.55kW, the 4CRM 100X (PED 4980) adds a fourth stage. For three-phase supply, the 4CP 100 (PED 4880) provides multistage performance with IE3 motor efficiency.
