Description

The Pedrollo BC and MC series are heavy-duty submersible sewage pumps featuring a TWO-CHANNEL impeller in micro-cast AISI 304 stainless steel. The two-channel impeller design provides two large unobstructed flow passages through the impeller, allowing solids up to 50mm in diameter, short fibres, and sewage to pass freely without clogging. Cast iron body with cataphoresis treatment provides exceptional robustness and corrosion resistance for demanding permanent installation in sewage and drainage applications.

The BCM 10/50 at 0.75kW is the lightest single-phase BC model. Despite its modest motor rating, it delivers impressive flow of 850 l/min (51 m³/h) — a testament to the hydraulic efficiency of the two-channel impeller design at the 2″ outlet size.

Maximum head of 12m at this flow rate suits most domestic and light commercial sewage applications: residential sewage lifting stations, septic tank pump-out to treatment systems, basement sewage collection pits, caravan parks and remote property sewage, and any application transferring sewage or wastewater with solids up to 50mm and short fibres.

Cast iron body cataphoresis, two-channel AISI 304 micro-cast impeller, AISI 304 base, AISI 431 shaft. Double mechanical seal in oil chamber (SiC/graphite/NBR both sides). 5m cable, float switch. 230V single-phase, class F insulation, IP X8. Max depth 5m. Min immersion 290mm. Max temp +40°C. 2″ outlet.
