Description

The CP 230 series is Pedrollo’s highest-flow industrial centrifugal pump range in the large CP family, delivering maximum flows up to 900 l/min (54 m³/h) — over five times the flow of the standard CP 200. Three-phase only, it serves major civil water infrastructure, large industrial facilities, and high-capacity commercial applications.

The CP 230A at 5.5kW is the highest-specification model in the CP 230 series, delivering 50m maximum head — the same peak head as the CP 220A, but from a pump body designed to sustain 900 l/min maximum flow rather than the 220’s 600 l/min. This makes the CP 230A the specification of choice when both maximum volume and significant head are required simultaneously.

The CP 230A is specified for major civil infrastructure — water treatment and distribution networks, large-scale irrigation schemes, district cooling systems, major commercial and industrial facilities with demanding simultaneous water demand, and any infrastructure project at the upper limit of the standard large CP range.

Cast iron pump body (registered model no. 72753) with cataphoresis treatment, AISI 304 stainless steel impeller (ten-year guarantee). IPX5 weatherproof protection. AISI 316 shaft available on request. IE3-class three-phase motor with inverter compatibility. Maximum working pressure 10 bar. At 5.5kW professional electrical installation is mandatory — a qualified engineer must design the electrical installation before commissioning.
