Description

The Pedrollo CPM 158 is a hydraulically distinct variant within the CP 0.75kW single-phase range. While the CPM 150 and CPM 158 share the same motor rating, they are designed for different duties: the CPM 150 optimises flow volume; the CPM 158 optimises maximum head. With a maximum head of 36m — 6.5m more than the CPM 150 — the CPM 158 is specified when water must be pushed to greater elevation.

The CPM 158 is particularly suited to multi-storey buildings requiring higher pressure, elevated tank filling where head is the limiting factor, booster systems serving upper floors, and any application where achieving the required pressure at height is more important than maximising flow rate. It is a registered Pedrollo trademark model (no. 0001516350), reflecting its significance as a distinct and proven specification.

Construction follows the CP series standard: cast iron pump body with cataphoresis treatment, AISI 304 stainless steel impeller (ten-year guarantee), ceramic/graphite/NBR mechanical seal, AISI 431 stainless steel shaft. 230V single-phase IE2 motor with class F insulation, IPX4 protection, and thermal cutout. Maximum working pressure 6 bar. Suction head up to 7m.

Choose the CPM 158 over the CPM 150 when head is the constraint — when you need to reach higher, not just move more water. For all-stainless wetted parts, the CPM 158 ST4 (PED 2316) is the equivalent. For three-phase supply, the CP 158 (PED 2910).
