Pedrollo CPM 170M

Description

The Pedrollo CPM 170M and CPM 170 share the same 1.1kW single-phase motor but serve distinct hydraulic duties. The ‘M’ designation indicates a modified impeller optimised for higher flow rates at moderate head — trading peak head height for greater flow volume across the operating range.

With a maximum head of 36m and maximum flow of 160 l/min (9.6 m³/h), the CPM 170M is well suited to large garden and agricultural irrigation systems, civil water distribution networks, cooling and air conditioning systems requiring high flow, swimming pool and water feature circulation, and tank transfer applications where volume throughput matters more than maximum elevation.

Construction matches the CPM 170: cast iron body with cataphoresis treatment, AISI 304 stainless steel impeller (ten-year guarantee), graphite/ceramic/NBR seal on an 18mm AISI 431 stainless steel shaft, 1¼” inlet connection. 230V single-phase IE2 motor with class F insulation, IPX4 protection, integrated thermal cutout. Maximum working pressure 10 bar. Suction head up to 7m.

Choose the CPM 170M over the CPM 170 when flow volume is the priority over maximum head height. For all-stainless wetted parts, the CPM 170M ST4 (PED 2336). For three-phase supply, the CP 170M (PED 2930).
