Description

The Pedrollo HF series is a range of high-efficiency single-stage centrifugal pumps designed for applications requiring high flow volume at low to moderate head — the opposite hydraulic profile from the peripheral PKM/PQM series. Where peripheral pumps excel at high pressure and low flow, HF series pumps are designed to move large volumes of water efficiently, making them the correct specification for large-scale furrow and sprinkler irrigation, drawing from lakes, rivers, and open water sources, and industrial applications requiring substantial flow rates at medium-low head pressures.

The HFM 5AM delivers a maximum flow of 700 l/min (42.0 m³/h) and maximum head of 22m at 1.5kW on single-phase 230V supply. Port connections: 2″ BSP. This high-flow profile suits large agricultural irrigation systems, furrow irrigation, sprinkler networks requiring high simultaneous flow, drawing water from rivers, lakes, and open reservoirs, large-scale water transfer, and industrial process water applications requiring high volume at moderate pressure. Top single-phase HF medium range pump; 1.5kW delivering 22m max head at very high flow. At 1.5kW confirm circuit rating.

Construction: cast iron pump body, AISI 304 stainless steel impeller, AISI 431 stainless steel motor shaft. IE2-class motor with class F insulation and IPX5 weatherproof protection. Inverter compatible (three-phase models). Max working pressure 10 bar. Suction head up to 7m. Temperature -10°C to +90°C.
