Description
The Pedrollo JSW series is a range of self-priming jet pumps — one of the most widely recognised pump ranges in domestic and civil water supply worldwide. JSW pumps use an integrated ejector unit that creates a vacuum on the suction side, allowing the pump to draw water from depths of up to 9 metres below the pump and to handle suction lines that contain air or gas without losing prime. They are the standard specification for drawing from shallow wells, underground tanks, rivers, and any installation where the water source is below the pump.
The JSWM 2CX With Holes L shares all hydraulic and motor specifications with the standard JSWM 2CX With Holes — 0.75kW motor, 70 l/min maximum flow, 54m maximum head, two-pipe ejector configuration. The ‘L’ designation indicates a longer pump body dimension, which affects installation space requirements and pipework connection geometry rather than hydraulic performance.
The long body variant is specified when installation geometry requires greater distance between the pump and its pipe connections, or when retrofitting into an existing installation where the longer body dimension is required to match existing pipework spacing. For standard new installations, the regular JSWM 2CX With Holes (PED 7615) is the appropriate choice.
Cast iron pump body with cataphoresis treatment, stainless steel AISI 304 cover and impeller, Noryl ejector unit, AISI 431 motor shaft. IE2 single-phase motor with class F insulation, IPX4 protection, and integrated thermal cutout. Maximum suction head 9m. Maximum working pressure 6 bar.
