Pedrollo CPM 170

Description

The Pedrollo CPM 170 is the first 1.1kW model in the single-phase CP centrifugal pump range, marking a significant step up in both head pressure and motor power from the 0.75kW CPM 150 and CPM 158 models.

With a maximum head of 41m and maximum flow of 160 l/min (9.6 m³/h), the CPM 170 is the natural specification for multi-storey residential and commercial buildings requiring strong pressure at elevation, larger agricultural irrigation systems, swimming pool filtration and circulation in commercial pools, air conditioning cooling tower supply, and any civil water distribution application where the CPM 158 proves insufficient.

Construction upgrades from the smaller CP models: cast iron pump body with cataphoresis treatment, AISI 304 stainless steel impeller (ten-year guarantee), graphite/ceramic/NBR mechanical seal on a larger 18mm AISI 431 stainless steel shaft, and 1¼” inlet connection for increased flow capacity. The 230V single-phase IE2 motor carries class F insulation and IPX4 protection with integrated thermal cutout. The three-phase version is compatible with inverters for variable speed operation. Maximum working pressure increases to 10 bar. Suction head up to 7m. Operating temperature -10°C to +90°C.

For all-stainless wetted parts, the CPM 170 ST4 (PED 2326) provides identical hydraulics in full AISI 304 construction. For three-phase supply, the CP 170 (PED 2920).
